How do pack odds work?
Every pack shows its exact pull rates before you open it, including the odds for each card and rarity tier in the pool. Odds can change between pack editions, but whatever is shown on a pack at the time you open it is what applies to that pull.
Do I get a physical card?
Yes. When you open a pack, you pull a specific real card from that pack's pool. You can then request it be shipped to you, or sell it back to us for credit instead of shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery can take up to thirty (30) days from a complete, paid shipping request to the carrier's first delivery-attempt scan. If that window has passed and tracking hasn't moved, contact fulfillment@justtherip.gg.
How does selling a card back work?
Instead of shipping, you can sell a pulled card back for credit based on a percentage of its market value. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm the sale.
Is there an age or location requirement?
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Just The Rip. We may restrict access from certain states or countries. See our Responsible Play page and Terms of Service for details.
